UCAHS 60th Annual Homecoming
September 17 -18, 2021
Dear UCAHS Alumnus:
The 60th Anniversary UCAHS Homecoming festivities begin Friday, September 17th at 7:00 p.m., with the Homecoming football game. The Homecoming parade will be held Saturday, September 18th at 11:00 a.m. rain or shine! That evening the Banquet will be held at 6:00 p.m. in St. Teresa’s Auditorium, 9 Third Ave., Union City. This is a change from the usual venue due to COVID restrictions. Feel free to wear a mask if you desire. Should new restrictions be mandated, and we are unable to hold the Banquet your money will be credited to your name to be applied to the next Banquet. We will not return reservation money due to cost and logistics.
Homecoming activities will conclude with the Homecoming Banquet for Union City Alumni and their guests. The Homecoming King and Queen and their court will be recognized during the program along with the Inductee’s for the Wall of Achievement. Cost remains at $16.00 per person. The doors off the parking lot will open at 5:00 p.m. and serving will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m., we encourage you to come early and stay after to reconnect with your friends and classmates.
Reservations are required for the Banquet and must be in our hands by Weds. September 8, 2021. Please complete the attached form and mail with your check as indicated. If you need additional reservation forms, you may pick them up at Ace Hardware on Main St. in Union City or feel free to make copies of this one.
Please include address changes/phone numbers/email addresses and as much information on the form as you can. Even if we have the information, please put it in again. This will help to assure that our mailing list is up to date and as correct as possible. Thank you very much for your help.
We are also selling tickets on a beautiful couch throw quilt, made and donated by Sue Sturdevant, to help defray the cost of the parade. You can see it on our Facebook page and tickets are on sale for $5.00 a piece at the Union City Library. If you would like tickets you can include extra with your check and specify it for tickets. Tickets will also be available at the Banquet and the winner will be drawn that night with the Quilt on display there. If you are from out of town, we will get it to you if you win!!
