From State Police Report

Corry City Police were dispatched to a verbal domestic dispute at 318 W. Church St. at 9:58 p.m. June 18. A Corry woman told police her ex-roommate, James McCoy, 42, of Union City, was outside of her apartment knocking on her window. The woman said that McCoy was intoxicated and kept yelling, trying to get her to come outside by repeatedly knocking on her window.

The victim stated she had gone outside and told McCoy to leave her alone, but his actions continued. The woman said McCoy had left and went around back where he was later found by police lying in a bush pretending to be asleep. Police determined he was intoxicated and transported him to the police station.

McCoy was charged with public drunkenness and harassment and was later released to a sober adult. He will answer the charges before District Judge Denise Buell.
