The Authority realizes the seriousness of its employees potentially being exposed or infected with the virus and what the impacts could be on such a small workforce. We also realize the potential impact of our employees possibly getting the virus, having no symptoms and potentially passing the virus onto our vulnerable customer population. Our contingency plan was developed with the belief that we need to do all that we can to help keep our employees and our customers as safe as possible.

The Contingency Plan is as follows: 1) The water office will be CLOSED to the public for all bill payments and other business until further notice. 2) All UCMA office and other staff will continue to work daily. 3) The office will continue to receive bill payments by the following: I) The outside drive-through drop box. II) Over the phone payments by credit/debit cards. III) And mailing payments through the Postal Service.

Again, even though the office will be closed, employees will continue working daily and will be available if needed. If you need assistance, please call our office 814-438-3721.
