State police at Corry were contacted regarding a dog that was loose and on the complainant’s property on Route 6 without permission at 7:25 p.m. Aug. 2. The dog was observed by responding troopers to be on the complainant’s property and was later removed when the dog’s owner, Christopher Moisher, 35, of Union City, arrived on scene. Moisher was cited through District Judge Denise Buell’s office.

State police at Corry said a crash occurred as Dannielle L. Dombrowski, 41, of Corry, was traveling northbound on Route 8, just north of John Street, in Union Township at 1:26 a.m. July 26. Dombrowski failed to negotiate a left hand curve and her 2010 Hyundai Elantra traveled off the east side of the roadway, striking an embankment.

Police said Dombrowski was not wearing her seat belt and she suffered a suspected serious injury. She was transported to UPMC Hamot via Union City Ambulance. Dombrowski was cited with roadways laned for traffic and a seat belt violation. Union City Volunteer Fire Co. also responded to the scene.
