Daniel L. Glass Jr., 45, will spend one to six years in state prison, Senior Erie County Judge John A. Bozza ordered. The sentence was in the standard range of state sentencing guidelines.

Pennsylvania State Police troopers apprehended Glass when they were dispatched to a residence in the 15200 block of Union LeBoeuf Road on Feb. 20 to investigate a burglary.

Police said a 40-year-old woman was inside the residence when Glass entered. He exposed his genitals and began chasing the woman, who managed to escape the residence, police said.

Glass pleaded guilty in August to a third-degree felony count of criminal trespass and a second-degree misdemeanor count of indecent exposure in the case.
