The Waterford Township woman who pleaded guilty to taking a Union City girl to Florida without permission faced a judge for sentencing Monday.

Joanna Kelley, 32, was ordered to serve 3.5 to 10 years in state prison for concealment of the whereabouts of a child and intimidation of a witness or victim. She will also spend 7 years on probation once released.

Kelley is accused of taking a 14-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy to Florida without parental consent.
