Wells said the museum has been having some roofing problems and Council simply has to approve the work.

Council is also expected to pass an amendment to Ordinance 832 which sets the fines for overweight vehicles on side streets. The amendment is expected to adjust the fine amounts so they are in line with the state’s fines, Wells said.

Lastly, council is also expecting to discuss quotes for tree stump removal, although Wells was not sure if this would end up on the final copy of the agenda.

“There will probably be some other things on the agenda depending on what information is available by tonight,” Wells said.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Union City Area High School in the LGI room.
